Nerd City Kids

A music video written by and featuring student athletes of Stanford University for The Cardinal Channel’s 19 Hours project. My roles included Producer, Videographer, Director and Editor. Shots were captured primarily with a Panasonic AG AF100 with an 8mm fisheye or a Lumix G Vario HD 14-140mm. The camera was stabilized using tracks and/or crane.

This video was posted on The Cardinal Channel’s Youtube channel and shared on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter and has received numerous accolades from ESPN and SF Bay Area news networks. In less than 3 weeks, this video has received 38,000 views.

N-E-R-D-S (#NerdAnthem)

Following their hit song of 2012, “Nerd City Kid”, the women of Stanford University’s Women’s Basketball team, headed by Chiney Ogwumike, wrote and performed their new song “N-E-R-D-S (#NerdAnthem). The video was released at the start of the 2014 NCAA Basketball Championships.
